You GUYS!!
I just found out that a temp version of my book that was never supposed to be put up for sale was actually on sale on iBooks for a few days in July. While the story is the same as the kindle version, the formatting was horrible!
Lame, cooler-than-everyone Apple (who I love dearly–just not when I want to publish things) wanted to make me jump through lots of hoops to get my book on there (or I’m just technologically illiterate, either one).
So, to those people who bought the book on iBooks from July 5th through July 30th, if you’ll email me with proof that you bought the book during that time period, I’ll send you a new, cleaner version. I’d hate for you to read it when all the chapters ran together, no TOC, and maybe even a “stupid apple has to be different than everyone” tag line as the cover page. 😱😱😱😱 (No one was supposed to see it other than my angry brain!!)
I hope you’ll email me for a new book if you bought one of the anti-Apple ones.
